Hello, this is my first Post, so please don't get mad with me if I Post it wrong.

The reason why I'm asking is, because I really like to surf and read at night with my Q10. But the basic brightness is still to bright at night.

Welcome to CrackBerry. If your brightness is set to its lowest setting under Settings, Display there is really not much more you can do.

As a possibility, you could try adding a screen protector of your choosing and that might dim it down a little more for you.

Thank you very much for your quick answer. And I that there will be maybe a chance to dim it with a app.

Get an IPS LCD BB10 device. The screen technology used on the Q10 (AMOLED) is unable to lower it's brightness to comfortable viewing levels in dark environments.

Prefer Dark theme over bright one as they are more battery efficient for the Q10.
Best way to relax your eyes at night is to use a warmer white. Go to Settings > Display and in the White Balance section, move the cursor to the right (Warm white).
