I have a blackberry q10 running the latest version of OS and I get my games of the cobalt play store, every game I have ever gotten has just downloaded when to my file manager and clicked install and boom it works, but this is the only game where I click install and it says "unable to install app" can someone please tell me how to fix this in the easiest way possible for me to understand.

Seems you have a previous installation of this app that has not been properly deleted. What OS are you on? What app are you trying?

I am on os 10.3.2.2639 and I thought that might be it but I went through all my apk's and it's not installed any where, the app is called head basket-ball, if you have ever heard of head soccer it's like the sequel to that.

If you downloaded the apk from apkmirror, you need to rename the file. Go to properties and add .apk to the end of the name.
