    So I just bought a q10 off kijiji everything works fine but I cannot connect to any wifi anywhere. I've tried the trouble shooting problems like resetting my wireless router etc....
    Any help would be appreciated!

    When you tap Settings > Network Connections > WiFi, what do you see? I assume it's set to 'on'; is the Q10 detecting any 'Available Networks'? If so, is yours listed? If you see yours, can you either enter the password or click the double-arrow on the router to connect?
