I have a bunch of pictures and videos on my Q10 but when I click on the "Pictures" or Videos" icon on BB Link, it says that there are no pictures in my picture library. How do I move pictures from my BB to my computer?

tomove from your BB to your windows PC, you should only need to plug it in. windows should mount it as a removable disk, and you should be able to drag and drop from there

When BB-Link "synchs" with the PC, it creates a folder in your Windows Documents "My Pictures" and "My Videos" folders. There you'll find a folder in each, where Link copies the pics and vids.
Alternatively, you can e-mail the elements to yourself and then open your e-mail account via PC to download them.
An other way, is to use Box or Dropbox or another cloud server to upload and download, but make sure you use Wifi, since these files can affect your data plan!

Blackberry link loads when usb connection made between Q10 and PC and synchronises contacts and calendars but the media files ie pictures on q10 are not displayed. Link says no pictures in library. Have used both Win 8.1 machine and Win7 machine with same result Both pcs confirm software up to date

Any ideas welcome. Copies of pictures exist on both internal memory and the media card on the Q10

Have tried copying images from PC to q10 but nothing Happens?
