    Hi there, since I installed BB10.2.0.424, I got some problems with the phone app - sometimes after I made or answered a phonecall, the app seems to freeze - I can Do any actions inside the app and I can minimize it but there is no way to close it - also it's not possible to start any other app on the device and the only way to fix this problem is to restart the device. Does anyone of you got similar problems?

    My phone app launches 8 out of 10 times when plugging in a charger. And no, I'm not accidentally tapping the icon.

    Yes. This happened to me. I did a back up of my system, then did a system/data wipe and then restored data and seems to have solved the problem.

    I'm also having this issue. For me, the experience is that I'll be listening to music, and then the music will suddenly shut off for no reason ; nothing changes on the screen.

    About 30 seconds later the music starts again and I'll have a missed call.

    Very infuriating!

    I've also noticed that if I'm in the phone app, and I'm charging my phone that the lighting bolt animation will freeze until I do a peak gesture, so the phone app is definitely freezing.

    Problem seems to be solved - within the last days I tried different settings on my Q10. And for now I think, this issue got something to do with the settings of the screen magnifier. If it is set to work with every screen on the phone I got problems with the phoneapp. After i've disabled this Funktion, these problem seems to be blown away. Will take a closer look at this during next time

    Yes same problem. Sometimes I can't even minimize it mostly when dialing out of contacts. I actually dread making phone calls and receiving except I tend to ignore 75% of those anyway. Usually a problem with certain numbers every time and other numbers occasionally. Just going with the old torch system for now, ignore the problem and hopefully it will eventually go away.

    Since installing OS 10.3.0.1418 this problem seems to be solved - no issues till today
