Hi I was wondering if someone could explain.

I have my phone set to lock after 1 minute. But if I am on a call say 2 minutes it locks as soon as I hang up. Should it not lock 1 minute after I have hung up?

The phone is working correct.
Unless you have been using the keypad or other functions of the device the time starts based on last 'activity' on keyboard (placing or answering the call).

Thanks but should it not give me 1 minute from time I hang up the call. It's frustrating that I have something else to do after the call and I have to unlock it every time.

no its actually a great feature. so if someone calls you, you answer it, done, and hang up, you dont have to lock it, put it back in your pocket and its locked. iphone had this a long time ago and love that its on the z10 now, great feature.
