Is there a way to set your Q10 to turn on and off automatically at specific times?

Sorry, its impossible.
Why would it be impossible? My 9650 and 9930 could? Don't get me wrong love my Q10, but would be nice to fall asleep with it on and it shut off at midnight and then turn back on at 6am an hour before I get up. I mean Bedside mode is cool, but would prefer the old way and nothing is impossible?

the problem is because BB10 is built for you to KEEP MOVING! that's why the auto on/off function no longer exists. however if you would like, you may switch the airplane mode on before you sleep??
The clock also has a bedside mode which turns off all notifications.
I too miss the auto on feature.

The problem is for some reason only known to BB the new OS10 based on QNX doesn't have a sleep mode(neither does the PlayBook) so the auto on/off is impossible as well as setting the alarm and turning the phone off, it does not wake up to ring the alarm anymore. This must be a limitation of the OS and in an interview it was declared that it's too complex to implement. This feature is not coming back.
One of the many features that was removed from the older OS. No one must have used it.
Like profiles. Or workable speed dialing.
KEEP MOVING (doesn't matter which direction).
I'm then curious if "Bedside Mode" can be timed to turn on and turn off, just as the OS7 was made to go from on to a deep sleep, then back again. I absolutely love my Z30 but I miss this feature.
