    Updated the software on Q10 and now my password won't work. I am on my last try and then it will wipe. Any suggestions

    OK, it sounds like you're going to have to run a Security wipe whether you wanted to or not. That will wipe your personal data, and you'll be starting from scratch. If you had Protect installed and backed up, you could restore the bulk of your data.
