Well you could try to contact the developer, but it is there for a reason, why would you make a password you would forget, just doesn't make sense.

I'm guessing that uninstalling and reinstalling the app is your best bet.

Edit: as mentioned below, that would mean losing your Password Keeper data.

Is he speaking of the BlackBerry Password Keeper application?

If so, the removal and install will be the same if he enters the PW incorrect 10 times. It will be blank.

As for resetting the PW, there is no option to reset.

Be prepared to enter all your information again unless you had the foresight to export your data as csv without encryption.

    Thx for all.

I uninstall the Password Keeper and install it again. This way is the best for me (in my situation - I must write again all passwords and login, but it is no problem...)

For password memorization try to use a saying, rhyme or slogan incorporating the letters or whatever to act as an aid to recall. It's helped me immensely.

    "My Dog Has Fleas"

    "M1D0ghazfleez"

Makes PWs very easy to remember and not too many can guess what you are using. The downside as you see is the length. But that is minor.

Yes, it is easy. But if somebody (for example I'am) running PK only one to try this App... and after don't using by more than six months, then... it is "sclerosis (in polish language is "skleroza")
