Os10.3 issue with vibration with ringtone

I updated to 10.3 leaked version a day ago and have this weird issue of vibration not working along with ringtone.
Also the toast notification doesnt work properly for replying. After clicking on reply arrow have to click on write message box to start typing there.
Any solutions?
