Hello,
I just bought my Blackberry Q10 and my carrier is Simple Mobile. I am unsure why my Blackberry Link will not give me the update. I also tried restarting (taking out the battery and SIM card). I also went to the settings to get the software updates and all it says is "Currently Installed , Blackberry 10 OS, Software Release 10.1.0.4189, You have the latest software". When this failed I downloaded Sachesi, then realized (even when I talked to a SIMPLE MOBILE rep) that the don't have a mobile carrier code. Is there any hope for me at all?

Or you could just put your friends tmobile sim in your phone it it will recognize it or if their is a store close by.
