I would like to get a BB Q10 but my operator won�t support BB apps. They have promised data, sms and call service. But did not support BB authentic apps. Is it big lost? Or I should buy BB Q10 anyway? At first sight it is a great phone for me.

If your carrier offers, data, sms, and phone then you're set unless you can't get blackberry world in your country. Getting access to blackberry world has nothing to do with your carrier other than using data. You can even load Snap or Amazon Appstore for android apps if the phone has the supported version for it.

I guess your operator got confused with the legacy BIS option which was required for pre-BB10 devices to use virtually all data relevant services.
With BB10 there is no BIS requirement anymore and the phones work just like any other phone with your contract.

I am from Estonia and here BB is not represented. Operator has said that they do not have BB server and they won�t to purchase it in the future - I do not understand that is mean in fact..whatever. But I have understood from your reply that I should not worried and could to get a BB Q10 if operator provide data and call service..
