It's not the same as my bbm tone....it some annoyin chime sound

it vibrates but it also has this annoying sound!!! i want to get rid of the sound and keep it to vibrate

I think they mean a ping in BBM, im not sure how to change it actually.

It's supposed to be a different sound then a regular BBM message though, it's meant to be used when your trying to get the person to look at the phone asap

It's irritating! It's good that bbm on ios only allows them to send 3 consecutive pings while you can flood them with pings on bbm bb10.
