Gonna need a little more info here buddy. What exactly do you mean... you get no notifications at all? No sound notifications? Nothing in the hub? What settings have you checked?

I update to os 10.2 toda and put ubersocial.bar for twitter and now i have notification but not in twitter why that????

This makes no sense. You haven't answered the questions I asked and you said first you have a Q with os 10.1. Now you say you have os 7.1 which is impossible on a Q10...

Okay, so you loaded a leaked OS and you sideloaded the ubersocial application. Which OS did you load? There are several and some are only for developers, those don't have twitter. If you have the standard (not ubersocial) twitter icon, have you set it up completely? Have you checked in accounts?

Please, if I ask any questions, answer them or I can't help you.

If it's a side loaded android port then you are not going to get notifications.

if you go to the twitter application and you swipe down and go to settings, then accounts. How many accounts do you see there? And if you leave twitter, go to the main screen, swipe down and go to settings - notifications - twitter, how did you set it up?

You can only get push notifications for mentions and direct messages. Just set up twitter in the accounts screen, then set up your notifications in the settings screen - notifications. Of course there are also a number of third-party apps you can use for extra options, though those are not integrated into the hub the way the official app is

Sadly none of the third party tweet app has this feature too. Only ios has it. Not sure about android though

I do know Neatly at least has the option to color code certain twitter accounts, to give them a Very Important Tweeter status and to create custom timelines. I know it's not the same as notifications, but I do really like the way it works and how easy it is to keep track of specific tweets that way. And I wonder -but don't know for sure- if the combination of BeBuzz and Blaq or another third party twitter app might be able to help you out
