I have had the Q10 now for maybe 3 months. I've been very impressed and happy with it.

My Q10 battery has been outstanding. However, within the last couple of days, it seems that my battery is draining very fast.From looking at "Battery Lover" it seems that the battery is losing its charge unusually fast. Also, the Q10 seems to be running warmer than usual. Right now, it's at 93.2 *F. The battery was at 100% just about 10 or 15+ minutes ago and now it's at 90%. This is not right. At this rate, there's no way that I could last a day which is what I was use to seeing with the Q10. What happened?

My phone is from Verizon and below is screenshot of my SW and OS if that will help. I can't remember making any changes that would affect this. I did upgrade the OS. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hard reset may help. Hold vol up/vol down until screen goes black. Let go.

P.S. So that how you do a HARD RESET. What the difference between that and where where you just RESTART?

Same problem here. I think it may be the NFL app but I am not sure. It randomly crashes then opens up days later on its own.

Just want to let you know that after the Hard Boot, my Q10 is much better my battery is showing 91% after several hours and the temperature is down to 73.4F.

That's good. My Q10 always behaves this way when I first install new software (this most recent leak in particular).

it could be syncing with your pc.
