Normal Ring + Vibrate Problem

Since upgrading my Q10 to version 10.2.1 my device will no longer vibrate even though set to do so. Rings only. I frequently am in noisy environments and rely on vibrate feature to prevent missed calls. Since upgrade this is becoming quite annoying. I have done the battery removal etc to no avail. Have others also experienced this. Also since updating I have situations were when terminating a phone call the screen is black and will not come back to select end call, e-mails that have been dropped and attachments that cannot be viewed. With the lack of apps etc etc I'm beginning to get rather tired of the ongoing BB issues and really am considering defecting to I-Phone. All I want is my Q10 to work as before !:(

what os did you update to,

I would wipe and re-install (back up first though)

Q10 with Telus on 10.3.0.296

I would do a back up with link, then do a security wipe , if you can you should set up like new, and if you need to restore use link but restore only the necessary stuff, it might be link putting stuff back on your device with the restore,

I fixed the problem by using Hub++ notification - an app for individual led notification.
Set all your notification settings off.
