    Hello all

    So am having this problem ever since 10.1, whenever I receive a broadcast, it freezes while scrolling up and down, and sometimes bbm crashes! Am on the latest 10.2.1 and the latest update on bbm, and still same problem, its really annoying, why isnt stable like legacy devices!!??

    Your excessive use of question marks? No, it's not normal. Settle down.

    As for your BBM issues, they're not normal either. Reload your OS.

    I did reload my os several times, even my bbm, but still the same!! I even deleted chat history, but no use!!!
