Is anyone has the same issue. I'm trying to switch From Z10 to Q10 in blackberry link, but the program is telling me that

"The OS version of your new device is older than the OS version of the device you are switching from. Select a different device or cancel the transfer"

I'm running Z10 OS software release 10.1.0.2312 OS version 10.1.0.2354 official
Q10 OS software release 10.1.0.273 OS version 10.1.0.1720 official
I don't want to upload leaked version of OS to any of my device.
So is any other solution hot to transfer all info from Z 10 to Q10?

A leak is the only solution if you want to use the device switch. The 10.1.0.4285 is a solid OS for the Q10.

Your other option is to backup the Z10, then restore that to the Q10. Prior to the restore, you will need to edit a manifest file in the Z10 backup to make the OS a lower version for restore to the Q10. The leak forum has a utility posted which will do this for you.

I used BlackBerry link device switch from my Z to my Q. The Z had newer software than the Q, I did not get any errors. The Z had leak 10.1.2009, the Q was. 2006
