    Hi,
I have had a Q10 for two weeks now and I have noticed, I cannot directly dial a telephone number that was sent to me in an email. With the old BB (and pretty much all other OS's), the number would be highlighted.
I have had numbers with different formats, but none worked properly so far.

Are there any settings I need to check? My phonelanguage is set to German, in case that matters.

    Thank you!

I believe that they have to be in a specific format.. (area code)123-4567..that's how it works on My Q.. not sure though

Ah, so apparently it doesn't like some formats (such as +49xx xxxxxxxx), but accepts others (like +49xxxxxxxxx or +49 xx xx xx xx). Very odd.
    Thank you for your answer.

A similar thing happens to me on some websites with phone numbers -- which is really annoying. Hope that this is something that future updates will address.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Apple have some sort of patent with the ability to press numbers to dial out within an app or program?

I don't think so, because my 9900 was able to do it fine with everything and we all know Apple sues for everything...
