10.1.0.4181 sucks big time! My q10 has started lagging! Bbm opens after ages! Whatsapp takes years to load! The bundled software with the phone was the best.the 1st update screwed the phone n this one tops that too! Its getting bad to worse with each update! God help BB. I m seriously thinking now to switch over to other platform! BlackBerry has lost its control n is getting worse. I guess they know BlackBerry is gonna be sold so no one taking things seriously in BlackBerry company itself..all employees n othrs releasing stuff just for the heck of it. One more time the new update sucks biggggg time! YUCK! Phone is getting bad to worse! Hate u BB. ( a saddened BlackBerry user of 7 yrs plus)

you'll need to give it time to resync everything, have had no issue when running MR from Voda NZ. Took 36 hours to settle and was as fast as 10.2 leaked ...also you will need to do a few power cycle, press and hold the up and down volume together until the blue BB circle shows

@zocster pressing the vol up n down button just takes a snap shot of the screen. Moreover I m seeing more lags in this update.whatsapp crashes.bbm shows weird screen for a sec.and phone runs slow for sum reason.!help!!

Press and hold. Keep holding until the phone reboots and you see the blue boot indicator.
