Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset the music database/cache on the Q10? After the new update, the app has begun to encounter problems. Like randomly stopping a song in the middle and going to the next song. And the name of the track playing has been cut in half with the track name on top and the word "unknown" written on the bottom. With the Album name written under that. I've tried formatting my sd card and reinstalling files but it has had no effect. Is there a debug mode or a menu I can access that can basically let me reset my music app? Thanks. I use my music app pretty extensively and this has become a huge pain.

    Hi and welcome to CrackBerry!
This sounds like a big pain!
I don't know of any way but I hope someone will post and give you some suggestions. Is there anyway you can run the OS update again with autoloader?
