    That means your carrier or device provider has not released the new OS yet.

    What is your currently installed OS version?
    • Check via Settings/About/Change Category to OS/ let us know what is in Software Release.

    What model Q10 do you have?
    • Check via same section as above, switch Category to General, let us know what is Model Number.


    Also, what carrier are you on and region?

    Already pull out the sim card...memory...battery...and update new software again...and then after wait -+12 hour 97%...and the phone shutdown by itself...

    Are you saying the install process failed at 97%? Or did the download fail at 97%?
    Either way, try BlackBerry Link. Once you see that the software update is available, connect to link, click 'Software Updates', and download and install from there.

    Either way, try BlackBerry Link. Once you see that the software update is available, connect to link, click 'Software Updates', and download and install from there.
