For news, you should try getting the Android Flipboard app, it's an amazing source of news from different websites/magazines.

I discovered it with my iPhone and I was glad I could get the Android version working on my Q10.

Too bad the Flipboard app doesn't format properly on a Q10 screen, though. Nearly impossible to use.

Not really, if you remove the annoying black bar at the bottom, it works really good!

When you use Android app on a Q10, the better way to optimize it, it's to hide the black bar at the bottom and use the swipe left gesture when you need to go back

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong with the Flipboard app on my Q10, please?

I have the most recent version installed, but look how squished it is. I can't even 'flip' anything into my magazines, because the screen is too squished and I can't see the magazine titles.

    Here are some pics

No need to sideload with 10.2.1 OS really. If you can get the apk file (android app file) it opens/installs directly on the device now.

I avoid sideloading... I have a 2-Step method to install Apps from Google play directly and only done on/with my phone:

    1. First, checkout Google play for the app (that you know working for your device):
    https://play.google.com/store
    2. Then, copy the Adress of the URL of the page where the App is in this field:
    http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/
You get a file in your download folder.
    3. Finally: Install the App directly from your doownload folder once done, Enjoy!

I've listed the Snap method above. Yes, there are other methods, and you can read about them here: http://forums.crackberry.com/android...-files-873609/

I feel that Snap is the best for those with no experience with Android apps for BlackBerry. It gives you an app store that functions similarly to BB World and draws the Android apps directly from the Google Play store (the safest source).
I would argue that using the Amazon app store through their app is easier.
