    Hello Community,
    I just starting using the newest BB Q10 (from BB factory unlocked).
    I am on the Bell Canada Network. Everything works perfect except the Contacts App.
    My photos etc all transferred to my Q10, but not the contacts. When I go to the app I am reminded that I can "sync account contacts".

    I skipped that, and tried the +button and input a test contact, but no matter what I try it won't save. I tried:
    - saving on local and SIM
    - rebooting
    - pulling out the battery
    - android to new BB file transfer app

    I note that the system is updated according to the system settings and that the SIM card is new.
    Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.

    Running official OS: 10.2.1.2977 according to the system settings.

    EDIT: Issue was resolved. Fyi; a security wipe bypassed the glitch and I was able to add and import contacts.
