    It's usually up to the carrier to decide what goes into the box. The Z10 I got from T-Mobile didn't have earphones or a case of any kind, so I'm not expecting much from them when it comes to my Q10 either.

    Headphones supplied with my Q10 same as ones that came with the Z10. It was sim free and came with only the charger plug, usb/charger cable and headphones (which, frankly, feels a big stingy given the price.

    Although I will be switching from iPhone back to 9930 (I mean Q10), as an audio engineer who needs both comfort and function, the Apple EarPods kill it. They are so dramatically different from the original ear buds and they're comfort level is a 10. Yes, they fall out easily, but that's the point. Ripping out is not comfort. I will give the bb headphones a try of course.

    Disclaimer: I do not mix using them, but hearing music the same as most do while commuting is definitely more comfortable.

    There was a recent unboxing by a crackberry guy which he unboxed a q10 from TELUS and it had the new premium headphones in them so I'm hoping all the carriers in Canada get them as well

    So I got my Q10 with the headphones (sim free, UK) but what the deal with the extra loop thing on the earbuds? Is it meant to help you hook them out of your ear? If so, I don't get it!

    The loop goes inside the outer part of the ear, to push against it and create a better fit. Hard to explain. But pop the loop in towards the back of the ear first, then the actual bud in. Hence there are 2 sizes.

    I'm with T-Mobile and there were no ear buds in my box. Does anyone know where I can purchase them? My old ones from my Blackberry Bold do not seem to be compatible with voice instruction ..... I went on T-Mobile's site and Blackberry's site and I can't find them? Crazy!

    Yeah, it's carrier dependant what they send you with your device. Some get the headphones some don't!

    I haven't even taken mine out the packaging... love my Bose IE2's wayy too much. (never really used any headphones provided with a device i've purchased)

    I'm a dj part time and honestly the design is great but they are terrible for sound quality.
