I am looking to unlock my Sprint Q10 that I work was going to throw away. I do not know the history of the phone - however when I go to the screen where you unlock it - this is all I see.

Any ideas - the only idea I have is that someone tried to unlock it before and totally screwed it up and now it is permanently locked. (Is there any way to un permanently lock it)Network unlocking conundrum-1580004612262.jpeg

Your post is not clear. Is it a work phone?

It was a phone that my company was throwing away. I rescued it.

Did the company have an IT policy enforced on that phone?

Do you see this screen with an active SIM present in the device? If not, it merely looks like a locked phone to me.

Even if you unlock, I’m not sure how good a Sprint CDMA Q10 is going to operate with T-Mobile GSM network.

    Per the man...
You may or may not get 3G/HSPA+, it will depend on whether or not you're in a "UMTS 1900" area. You will definitely get 2G though. No LTE.

The phone appears to be locked to the network.

Thanks Everyone. Does anyone need a Sprint Q10 in exchange for a unlocked Q10 or Classic. Lol
