Getting this often.

I'm on 4g (note small g, never get a a big one)

Is this a Telstra issue or is it a known Q10 issue (as the Telstra dude said)?

Try loading the latest leak from legend 1925 it has a better radio and might fix your problems and when you do there is three different radio you could try.

I agree with Slff. I'm with Optus and have no problems getting 3G and H signals on the Q10. No network failure at all. How long have you had the device and where are you located? I'm in the Southern Highlands of NSW where I thought I couldn't get anything faster than 3G...looks like I was wrong.

Thanks guys, I've just upgraded to 1925 and 1926 for radio, hoping it will help.

I'm in Melbourne.

While we're at it, I only get 4g, never 4G, which I'm led to believe it better than 4g. ANyone know?
