Need help, video files not playing after update.

BlackBerry q10 sqn 5 in indonesia
Not get any update 10.3.1 via OTA ,
i already install 10.3.1.2243 , but have one problem...i can't play any video from my files and youtube
in 10.3.0 and 10.2.1 any video files run smoothly, can anyone tell me how to solve this problem...
