Has anybody check out Web Hosting Search Tool, Reviews & More at WhoIsHostingThis.com and saw that their browser is identifying itself as a macintosh? I went on using the native browser because I was having a hard time downloading a work app. Any fixes?

Fix for what? Nothing is 'broke'. That's the way it's supposed to be. I guess if you're really bothered by it, download a Chrome-based browser.

FWIW broke is when you have no money. Broken is when something doesn't work.

I noticed when I logged back into cb10, I got a notification saying new logon from safari. I think it's due to blackberry browser being webkit based

It's not spam. You can try any other website that shows your user agent. My point is that it shows as macintosh on mine. I tried to put a screenshot but for whatever reason it doesn't let me. I'm trying to get help so I can download a work app. Nothing more. Sheesh!

Can you explain the connection between the Mac browser user agent and the problem you're having with downloading a work app?

The work website needs to identify the device to download the correct app. There's either no or limited apple app support. When I log in to the website it says to open in BlackBerry browser...so it doesn't identify me on the q10 browser.

OK I get it now, thanks. Try a browser that let's you change the user agent (Polarity for Android is my preferred alternative to the BB10 browser).

The default user-agent of the stocked browser is :
    Mozilla/5.0 (BB10; Kbd) AppleWebKit/537.35+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/10.3.2.2876 Mobile Safari/537.35+

But if you enabled the Desktop Mode in the Developer Tools, it's changed to :
    Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/600.1.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/7.1 Safari/537.85.10

    So just check your settings...
