Everything works perfect in my Q10 but 2 weeks ago the sound on video recording stop working.

During calls or apps, it works perfect. Just in video recording it's gone

What should I do?

I updated my phone 2 months ago, so it was not the actualization what made the problem.

Check where you place your fingers when recording. There is 3 microphones pin holes, 2 at the top, one at the bottom. If you use a case, check its openings also.

You can also check that these openings are properly clean. A little puff of dust can do this. Use a very thin pin to extract (not push).

If that's not working, start BBVE (BlackBerry Virtual Expert) and run a full diagnostic.

I had to return the Phone to Blackberry in USA to fix This problem. I am from Ecuador.

The multimedia microphones where broken or disconected.

I had to wait 4 moths, but now i have my brand New Q10.
