    Does it not launch at all? Or it doesn't detect you account?

    Have you uninstalled it and reinstalled it?

    Yes! Uninstall / reinstall seems to be the easiest way to fix issues lately.

    I get the first load screen, then the 2nd screen, then the spinning circle for a couple seconds and then it stays at the splash screen.

    Does not show my account or prompt for the phone #.

    If anyone is interested they must have dropped support for the app.

    When I wiped the Q10 and went to reinstall the app it wasn't in BBW.

    Using the browser now to access my account.

    Mine still works on my Verizon Q10. Wouldn't be surprised if they stop support. That being said, they did add visual voicemail so at least they are still doing something.

    Interesting that you would have it and I don't Emaderton3, and I don't have visual voice mail or any reference of it.

    I once had a text saying I would get a push, but that was when my sim was in the Droid.

    I got a notice from Verizon that the free version was available. It took several weeks before it showed up and worked. And it didn't always work at first. Seems ok now.
