    Hello,

I have a recently purchased BBQ10 (unfortunately no warranty so returning it is not an option). I
've had a problem that phone at one point just turned itself off at almost full battery. First time it turned on, but then it happened again, wouldn't turn on and only showed red light flashing three times.

Unfortunately, with my first attempts at restoring it, I managed to brick it to showing the yellow triange BB10-0015 error....but managed to reload OS and get it working again. Installed new OS (Link is showing 10.2.1.3442).
Phone worked fine for a day, but today It turned suddenly at around 70% battery. Now however I could actually turn it on but only to the blackberry logo (not purple loading screen, just the first black and white). It would either stay there infinitely or turn itself of after a couple of seconds.
Battery pull did not work, however removing my sim card and SD card did help. I don't know which one might be responsible because it did not crash again since then.

    Any help would be appreciated

I would try reloading the OS with an autoloader

Thanks, I've been considering that. Do you advise to restore to newest version or is there a "more stable" version?

I am running 10.3.1.1151 on my Q10 with no issues but that doesn't mean you won't have any. I can only speak for myself. I would try the latest 10.3.1.22whatever because that is what is going to be pushed out anyways. I also wouldn't restore anything because there might be something in that data that caused this.
