    Hi all,

    My blackberry q10 sim slot was broken because I was trying so hard to insert the sim. One of the gold metal things was broken and for some reason, my blackberry q10 won't turn on. My question is that because the gold metal thing was broken, so my blackberry q10 won't turn on. Is that possible?

    Probably.contacts that interface onto.sim card.

    To be honest I've yet to meet anyone so bad with hardware designed to specifically.make insertion.so.easy that actually.broke this.

    To the OP, I'd say you need to return it.for an exchange. You shouldn't have to fight hard.for warranty support, but you need to elaborate a LOT specifically.stating upon GENTLE I section many times the Sim would not just slide in.
