[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,
my problem came out of nowhere. i did not drop or damage my Q10 (OS 10.3). My battery was almost fully charged but when i wanted to check something the screen just wont turn on. The keyboard-light was on, i could hold the mute button to start the voice-programm and i heard the start-sound of the programm. everythings seemed to work, only the screen was totally black.
My phone still receives calls and sms's but I can't turn the screen back on.
Any hint where to start?

I never know if this is a repeat thread of not.

Best advice: pull the battery out, take the sim card out and let the phone sit for 20 seconds. Reinsert the sim and battery and see if the device turns on.

If the phone does not turn on, the screen back light is faulty and needs to be repaired. Hope this helps
