Just bought a Q10 from another person whom he claim that he got the phone from the corporate.
He has been assigned a BB Q10 and later he resigned and was offered to keep the phone for his own use by the company.

I just want to know, will the Q10 installed with some kind of melware or what that could link the phone be spotted by the corporate he work for? or other virus etc

I heard that phones like that will be deactivated at some point...but I'm not sure

I think it would make sense that the company would completely wipe/deactivate the phone either directly or wirelessly. They don't want information going out to any random people the phone might be sold to.
