I recently got my phone but every time I take a picture I have a red eye. Can this be sorted out?
Is it the flash making me have the red eye?
How do I remove flash from the phone?

I had to post because yesterday at a party, a friend with the same Q10 phone took pictures from hers and the pictures were perfect. No red eye.
Am very sure my phone isn't fake. Please kindly help out. Am also a newbie here,

Normally Flash would be a cause of red eyes. In order to turn off flash go to the options menu (three dots in the lower right corner). There you should have several camera modes as well as three different flash options (auto, forced, or disabled).
