I gave my last one away to a fellow BlackBerry fan, but I just had to get another and load it up with all my favorite apps before the end of the year, when support for BlackBerry World is scheduled to end.

This one is new old stock - still sealed. And I got an OEM swivel holster and OEM charger bundle, too, because they are essential accessories for this workhorse of a phone.

I haven't opened it yet because I want to make a YouTube video of it.

I also bought a Nokia 2.2 to use as a companion device for essential apps, but I plan to make the Q10 my daily driver once again.

I will post more photos and share experiences!

Nice. I too have one each Q and PD in stock for when other break or I can no longer repair. Definitely an underrated workhorse.

Just the other day, I had a colleague lament how he misses the small size, especially at night, dinners, etc when really all that is needed is a phone, SMS, and email......

    Drat! Foiled again!

Good thing I looked at the model number before I opened it.

It's a SQN100-3 - not compatible with 4G LTE bands in the United States. The eBay listing incorrectly stated it supported US LTE bands.

    I need a SQN100-1 or SQN100-5.

I will have to return it.

    To be continued....?

Is this an eBay sale? If so, don't forget to give the seller no stars on the listing accuracy rating.

Unfortunately you have to look very carefully on EBAY when purchasing a older mobile phone. Cross reference specs with Wikipedia section on Q10 to verify model with Mobil providers service. Read carefully. Your right sqn 001 or sqn 005 is desirable!

Actually sometimes people also post incorrectly stuff on Wikipedia site. There are stickies here on CB that maintain all the correct information for BB10 and BBAndroid hardware. I’ve relied on those since pretty well supervised by members here.

Indeed. In my case I did look carefully, but the description was just wrong. Nothing I could have done about that until I had the box in-hand and checked the model number.

On the original topic, why are these little phones so awesome, do you think they could work on an Android platform, I'd love just a refresh of the Q10 project.

If Unihertz can make a Passport clone (Titan), surely someone could make a Q10 clone.

Now whether that will actually ever happen is another question...

Sure it can be done. It’s only selling 3K units that appears to be the problem.

I am buying one brand new.person just used it once. Getitng it for 40 dollars cause my classic is dinged up and has a battery issue. Q10 is the perfect size I had it before and preferred it over the classic. The PKB is better and I love the form factor

They are most certainly awesome, especially on their intended platform.

Omg... that thing is amazing! Lol! I would totally buy one if it had Android 9 on it with the Q10 form factor!
