    New keyboard - they are cheap and can be changed out in 20 minutes.

    Replaced kb on my Q10 refurb (ATT) about two months ago. Since this was my first time it took an inordinate length of time. But I succeeded. Screws are small! Watch UTUBE videos. There are a big help. Plus you can rewind! Have screw drivers with magnetic bits to hold screws when replacing. CAREFULLY remove aluminum? Tape behind battery. A guitar pick is very helpful. A couple of screws would not loosen so I went to "Phone Doctors" they no/chg. Of course beware screw heads are small. Parts are available on Amazon reasonably priced.
