    The photos and videos are on your SD card? How can the phone delete those things?
    What happened after you charged the battery and booted up again?

    Hopefully you back up all your photos and videos, on your computer, or to a cloud server.

    I use one drive, go into the blackberry app store and download connect to onedrive.
