    Possible causes of this error:
    • The device is locked to a specific carrier, changing to another carrier's SIM is not allowed. The device will need to be unlocked.
    • The SIM is defective.
    • You are outside of the area that supports your specific carrier/SIM.
    • The device was reported stolen or lost, and had now been blacklisted.
    • The device was accidentally blacklisted, contact your carrier to find out why and have it corrected.
    • The carrier/SIM you are attempting to use doesn't recognize the device, so you will need to contact them to see about having your device registered to their network.
    • The device is glitching. Power off the device, remove the battery, wait about a minuter, put the battery back in, and power it back on. Wait about 5 minutes after it has rebooted and see if the cell connection works.

You phone is being seen, by your Pakistan network, as stolen or lost. The problem you have in Pakistan is it's estimated that about 50 - 60% of all phone are running on bogus IMEI numbers and a very large percentage are running IDENTICAL IMEI numbers. So, if someone reported their phone stolen, everyone with that counterfeit IMEI is affected. Or, you could have bought a stolen phone.

You may have luck on a different, Pakistani, carrier?

PTA is actively blocking phones and SIMs, so you may need to check in with them and get your IMEI approved. Depending on your city, you may visit your nearest/next metropolitan branch near you.
