There's no way that happened under regular use.. BlackBerry won't fall for it either, these phones are stress tested and QC checked, there is absolutely NO way that happened through regular typing and use, etc..

Maybe you'll get lucky through BlackBerry support..

I really have no idea what happened, I always keep it on my desk and when I move I keep it in my front pocket, it's impossible I sat over it. If I sat over it the phone would be bent in the other direction thought.

Clearly it's not blackberrys fault on manufacturing. Pretty obvious something was done to it from abuse.

Same thing happened to me with my Z10............ after a spiked it on the grass in a drunken stupor. The next morning - I was like what the heck happened to my phone!? And then remembered what I did. Bent it back and it was good as new. Built like tanks!!!

Somebody has a bent BlackBerry before they themselves developed it. Tell me if it isn't the new classic model.
And why do manufacturers always make an exquisite bent model? Probably a subject which needs a thread of its own.

Sorry if I'm not helping you out, but I don't think there's anything much to do. Just hope that it doesn't bend more and crack the screen.

You need to think really hard about what could have happened to your phone. When did you realise it was bent? Possibility someone might have taken it, bent it and put it back?
