    I don't know if am the only one having this problem but 4 sure my blackberry Q10 can't download music or videos
    Only pictures.....if you click download music/video it just play it....instead of downloading

    Help please

    Are you downloading from the browser? I'm guessing you're trying to download a .mp4 or .mp3 file. If that's the case, don't click on it or it will play, just hold until the side menu opens and click on save file. That's it

    I'm back. So click on the three dots on the bottom (this will show what each button does) and click the one that says save file. If you can't find it, I believe it's the second icon from the top. Click and it should start to download
