Not sure what to make of my battery life. I take my Q10 off the charger at 6:50 a.m. By noon after moderate use (texts, emails, instagram) i'm at about 80%, By 6-7 p.m. i'm at 50%. is that good?

yes mate ! a battery thats lasts a day or more than that is awesome lol

I wasn't sure what to make of it because I'm seeing people talking about their battery lasting two days. i'm not running any apps except for BeBuzz , i have 3 email accounts 2 of which are set to manual refresh and the other one refreshes every hour so i thought mine would last a little longer than a day.

Lucky you. I get 6 hours. I'm going back to stock for a few days in search of the problem!

I'm really curious how people are getting such varied results. Clearly signal strength plays a part, but for me to get 5 -6 hours for a full charge even though I'm using airplane mode for an hour or so and others get more than a day, I must have something wrong...

I'd say that's pretty good battery life.

I last the day pretty easily...bluetooth on all day with music streaming in the car. A few email accounts, bbming pretty much all day along with whatsapp. I instagram a bit and I make a lot of phone calls. I last the day easily if I just charge my phone in the car whenever I'm in it. From 7am to 1 am. Never really worried about my battery dying. If it's really low I assume I can just lower to 2g or something and my battery will live forever

Sounds right to me I am a heavy user and during light use I get the same. On heavy days I swap batteries out by noon time. I can say the battery life on the Q10 is comparable to the 9930.

Realy? which carrier do you have? apps/os are you running?

Q10 has great battery life...last at least one day even with high use and weak signals. It might eat power when you are in a no/weak connection location and it seems like the sideloaded apps chew away on battery more than native apps but i don't have any real evidicence jsut subjective perception.
