    Q10 10.2.1.176 Start shuffle all in the music app. Plays one song then get this error "The file can't be played due to an unexpected error (1)" Tried shuffle all in albums and in artist. again plays one song then the error.

    Not sure what the issue is but I'd try a different OS.

    This was a known issue with one of the Music Player versions...I would advise installing 10.2.1.1925. The music player on this works well.

    had the same issues with 10.2.1.1055, now on 10.2.1.1925 and the problem is resolved.
