How about giving us a few details? What OS are you using? ...did you recently upgrade? ...when did this happen? ...what were you doing at the time?

Well there's your issue.. 1927 isn't an OS.. it's a developer SDK.. meant only for testing apps..not meant to be used by a consumer and doesn't have consumer features..

You need to install 10.2.1.1925 or your carriers official OS.

Just downloaded 10.2.1 for SQN100-5 for my Q10. My pictures and media icons are missing. No clue how to access them. Can you help? I assume this is a legitimate version and not a test.
