    Hi Everyone.

    I am in the UK and updated my BlackBerry Q10 a week ago to by using an EE sim as my provider is Vodafone. As we all know, Voda UK are yet to drop the update so I took matters into my own hands!

    Anyway, since the update (or around that kinda time) I've had some major issues with my music player.

    I play tracks by album and just listen to albums at a time but after one track finishes (and this happens every track) I get an error message that says:

    "The file cannot be played due to an unexpected error: (1)"

    It is so so annoying and I don't know why it is doing it.

    I have around 16gb of music so could do without having to remove and re-sync it from iTunes (that's where all my music is as used to use Apple products until I saw the light) so does anyone know if there's a fix?

    Only reason I mention the OS is because when I tried to find a solution myself and Googles the problem, it was fairly common and people were suggesting it was to do with the old OS and that updating to would fix it. As I've just come from that... I'm kinda stuck.

    Anyone else having the same problem? Anyone know how to help?
    I'd really appreciate any help as it is driving me insane.

    Hi there, Vodafone should really have pushed you a newer firmware, have you updated, has the problem been fixed since? Thanks.

    Haven't had this problem, but my first instinct would be to back-up, then reformat the card (unless, of course, someone has a more pertinent suggestion). After reformatting, add everything back to the card. A pain, I know.

    Try reloading the music app bar file called "sys.airtunes" you'll find the link somewhere in the forums... if you can't, I'll put it here for you when I get home..
