Can anybody tell me if this is correct? I have 22 pictures on my device, only the crackberry app installed from blackberry world and I delete my texts and emails after I have read them... where has all my memory gone?

Most of it is for your OS. I have similar numbers and I have my media saved onto an SD card.

Yep, that looks about right... my initial was around 11GB mark. Regarding the RAM that would depend on multitasking, apps open etc etc. But your numbers are normal. Like previous poster said, the OS does take a chunk off your memory as well as formatting etc...
