    I hope it gets addressed. I like my Q10 to be even close to as loud as my old iPhone 5S.

    My volume is still low. Don't know how BlackBerry can release software with this low notification issue. Is BlackBerry supposed to be an enterprise smartphone manufacturer? Missed calls, emails and lose business.

    I understand your frustration believe me. I've had this low volume issue since 10.2.1 I think. Glad I have a Pebble and Hub2watch because without that I would miss all kinds of stuff.

    This issue started with 10.3.1 for me. Before that my Q10 was almost as loud as my Z30. I have missed many calls when my Q10 was in my jacket or pouch. Now I switched my phone ring tone to BlackBerry pro 3 and it's the loudest stock ring tone on the list. The last software update I received a week ago marginally raised the volume. I hope the next update returns the volume to 10.2.1 levels.

    Well it's really strange that it starts at different levels of the OS from person to person. I wish it was figured out.

    My volume is consistently low. Before 10.3.1 my Q10 was just as loud as my Bold 9900.

    My Q also suddenly started having volume issues after about 8 months on 10.2. The only way ive gotten it to be aaceptable is to use hub ++ for everything EXCEPT sound. For whatever reason, this works and keeps all volumes loud. When i turn the app off completely, the sound for everything is nearly silent, despite being set at the highest level in the BB settings. I have no idea why this works, but its been working for me.

    I just updated to Q10SQN100-4/10.3.2.2639 and volume is the same. Too low.
