    I do not have this problem with my Maps app with GPS or with videos on youtube or movies I watch. In fact, I don't even need to turn it all the way up, it's plenty loud.

    But, if i'm on a call and switch to the speaker, I can barely hear the person on the other line even with the volume on max setting.

    Any suggestions?
