    Normally this would not be a concern. But I cannot send or receive calls when it drops to 4g. I have spoken to tech support on tmobile and blackberry with no resolution. Does anyone have a thought if is my q10 or the tmobile network. I have a passport where lte is works fine on tmobile.

    What version of the Q10 do you have? It's possible that the radio stack of the two devices are looking at different frequency bands.

    I have sqn 100-5. Never had any issues with lte connectivity. Tmobile for life!
